ERMS AND DEFINITIONS.
The terms used in these rules have the following meanings:

• Rules - these rules;
• Building - a non-residential building located at: Ecevit Cd Fuzuli Sokak No:1 Black Pearl Floor 2. 11, Kyrenia 9000
• Coworking - "Dojo Digital Space" coworking, where services are provided;
• Services - a set of services provided in coworking, including the provision of a workplace;
• Contract - a contract for the provision of services concluded between the Contractor and the Client;
• Contractor - a person providing services in coworking - a limited liability company "Dojo Digital Space";
• Client - a service customer with whom a contract has been concluded; also a person to whom the customer has delegated the right to use the services provided under the contract, including employees, customer service contractors;
• Visitor - a person in coworking without the client's invitation and not being a client;
• User - any person in coworking;
• Workspace - a zone for independent work in coworking by subscription;
• Quiet zone - part of the coworking workspace, intended for independent work with compliance with the established noise level;
• Loud zone - part of the coworking workspace, intended for independent work with a free noise threshold, taking into account the requirements of the Rules;
• Self-service area - a zone intended for making tea, coffee, and eating;
• Meeting room - part of coworking, intended for meetings and meetings;
• Conference hall - part of coworking, intended for conferences and meetings;
• Administrator - a person acting on behalf of the Contractor, having the authority to conclude a contract and represent the interests of the Contractor in the performance, amendment, termination of the contract; the administrator's workplace is the reception desk;
• Subscription - a specification of a specific set of services provided under the contract, indicating, among other things, the period of service provision, their composition, cost, list of clients;
• Pass - an electronic chip card issued to clients for visiting coworking;
• Price list - a summary of tariff plans and individual prices for specific services;

GENERAL PROVISIONS.
Coworking is a space for independent work of individuals not related by employment to the Contractor.
The rules regulate the rights and obligations of all persons in coworking and are mandatory for their compliance.

The provisions of the Rules apply to relations between the Contractor and third parties, including Clients, unless otherwise provided by separate agreements between them.

The rules are brought to the attention of Clients, guests, visitors by posting on the coworking site and/or by transferring the Rules for review in printed form when concluding a contract, when familiarizing with services.

The rules come into force: for clients - from the moment of conclusion of the Contract, for third parties - from the moment of the first visit to coworking and/or performing actions to use coworking, when such an opportunity is provided by the Contractor.

WORKING HOURS. VISIT RULES.
Coworking operates from Monday to Friday from 9-00 to 21-00, on Saturday from 10-00 to 16-00, and Sunday - a day off.

When visiting coworking, the Client must provide the administrator with an identity document (passport, international passport, rights, copy/photo of the passport).

Visiting coworking and providing services is possible only during the working hours of coworking.

A visitor enters coworking with the permission of the Administrator and must leave coworking at the first request of the Administrator.

The client enters coworking using a pass issued after concluding a contract. Upon completion of using the coworking services, the Client must return the issued pass to the coworking administration.

After the termination of the contract, the Client must leave coworking and remove all his property at the first request of the Administrator.

Damages and harm caused to the Executor as a result of the actions/inaction of users are compensated to the Executor by the perpetrator of the loss/damage in full. Unless otherwise provided by imperative law, the Executor is not responsible:

• for the safety of users' personal belongings left in the building or in the Coworking, as well as located anywhere in the building or in the Coworking;
• for causing harm or losses to users in case of restriction of consumption or suspension of electricity and heat supply, cold and hot water, sewerage breakdown or communication interruption, pressure drops, voltage drops, cessation or restriction of access to the building and/or Coworking as a result of actions/inaction of third parties, including but not limited to the decision of authorities, the order of the organization which manages the relevant communications, carrying out of restoration and repair works of communications, accident due to the fault of another person or as a result of the actions/inaction of users;
• in case of damage to electrical equipment and electronic databases of users for any reason.

Disputes related to the provision of services should be resolved, if possible, by negotiation. If an amicable settlement of the dispute is not achieved, it is referred to a competent court at the location of the Executor.

The Executor has the right to unilaterally make changes to the Rules, which come into force for all users from the moment of publication on the Coworking website of the new edition of the Rules with marked changes.
